Re: Looking to buy
Always liked the FXR, thinking I will give the Road King a miss, looking at one first thing in the morning.

Re: Looking to buy
A real bitza..85 FXRS frame with a 99 Evo originally out of a FL Heritage Springer Softail..running on points ignition, now chain drive, progressive rear shocks, old style brake caliper on the back, digital speedo, king sporty tank, drag pipes,LED bar light over headlight, still has the narrow glide front end, streetlight type rear light & blinkers, frame has had some work done to it, lots of other odds & ends..was originally a personal import & never been registered in Aus so presently getting that fixed up.
Not sure if the motor has been worked on , I pulled a pushrod cover & they are factory original non adjustable .Still has the CV carby & standard air filter set up.
Actually doesn't look to bad & started up fine & sounds good, for me the frame is the attraction .
My stepson has it in Brisbane so it's a sort of in house deal..when it's ready for a photo I will post it.

Shame! Hope to catch up before too long. Rilda's health seems to be deteriorating somewhat, so now even this Sept trip is looking dowubtful.
