Kawasaki shaft drive wheels

Ok heres a tough one

What options are there for replacing my kawasaki GT750 shaft drive rear wheel with a better looking one?

I'm thinking maybe something off a Kwack cruiser but I have no Idea really....

Have you considered using a modified car wheel?

I'm not really a huge fan of car wheels on chain driven bikes but they certainly are an improvement on most of the shaft driven wheels that you see out there

Almost anything Chucky...if you're a good engineer.

Seriously, have you looked at the new range of Mean streak or Vulcan? Or change to spokes? Honda VT style?

Once the triumph is done the car will go on the back burner and Ill start on the kwack.

VT sounds worth a look I'll have to check the shaft to see if the splines etc are the same.

I wan to go spoked if possible......or three spoke cast.

Bang!!! (sorry PC)

what about a suzuki oh.......(forgot the model designation) , v twin, (basically an intruder in a decent road chassis) they have 3 spoke shaft driven mags......(VS800???)

Good luck, hopefully theres some compatability if you use the same make, so perhaps Kwaka have such a wheel.....just cant think of on what.

But that just goes to show that you have made me think outside of the box PC, I would never even have thought of using a car wheel before seeing it on here

Got more plans for car wheels on my next next project......though it won't hurt to start gathering bits now!!!
