Hi, just wondering if you have any tips for replacing the foam in the seat I have a nice leather stitched seat and my foam has compressed, so much that it is now no good.

I would like to have a go myself in replacing it and maybe even improve it so my bum doesn't go numb.

the best foam you can use is neoprene...i have to get mine from the USA but if you only want to do one seat, you could try going to an Op Shop and buying an old wetsuit. You could layer the neoprene until you get the thickness you want. Glue each layer together with a good contact adhesive, i use Kiwi grip (get a tin, a tube wont be enough). The neoprene wont compress or loose shape and is water and mold proof.
