Census and your religion

Post by sharky » Tue Aug 09, 2011 6:54 pm

AUSTRALIA WILL BE HOLDING A CENSUS ON 10th AUGUST, 2011

DO NOT LEAVE THE RELIGION SECTION BLANK. PLEASE

BE SURE TO TICK CHRISTIAN (OR YOUR UPBRINGING FAITH).

1,000,000 MUSLIMS WILL TICK THEIR BOX.

10,000,000 AUSTRALIANS WILL LEAVE IT BLANK -
THEN WONDER WHY A MOSQUE IS BUILT IN THEIR NEIGHBOURHOOD!
It is really scary to see that the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils have been campaigning their Muslim followers since 2009/2010 to ensure that they complete the census religion question/s in order to determine representation in Australian Federal & State Politics & how government funds (Federal & State) is spent in the planning & location of services & allocation of resources for the Muslim community. This letter was downloaded from the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils website.

Please pass this on & don’t forget to answer any/all religious question/s as
CHRISTIAN (OR YOUR UPBRINGING FAITH) for all members of your household.

I have read on other forums that the above post was started by the church to get people to mark Christian as the more ticks the more government funding they get?

Also found out that as Sanitarium ( makes weetbix ect) are owned by Seventh day eventists or whatever there called, they don't pay taxes like other companies???

Census

Post by ol_750 » Mon Aug 15, 2011 6:21 am

This came in my email............

Would you believe it? They sent my Census form back! In answer to the question, 'Do you have any dependents?'

I wrote:
“Asylum seekers, the ATO, smack heads, unemployable b*stards, most of Canberra, dole bludgers, various punk rock bands and every bloody aboriginal tribe in Australia, half the bl##dy Middle East and all the boat people.”

Apparently, this wasn't an acceptable answer
