Made up a special tool? Need advice on what tool? This is the forum for it...

anyone seen one of these before?

hey guys, its been a while, baby is 7 months old now so I get a day a week I can work on my bike, I brought this welder cheap of FB and I can not work out the settings, just wondering if anyone has owned one or knows the settings, the "A" setting is throwing everyone I know that knows how to weld off, any help would be muchly appreciated....

Yeah, thanks Prof, been scouring the net for weeks, can't seem to find a user manual for the above welder, can find only a few images of it, and a dude saying he brought 1in 2010 but apart from that???

You could try calling a couple welding supplies and see if they can help... after all you will need to buy wire and replacement tips etc from them.

hi if it is similar to my mig (uni mig 130 ) A is just lower amperage/voltage for lighter materials and wire your next positions 1/2/max etc will be amperage increases for tha voltage then B same deal .so just play with the switches till ya work out the best setting for what your welding at the time . if i can find my instuction manual from many years ago i will try to explain in the manufactures terms im more detail Cheers

Cheers xsive, most appreciated!! And Prof, I'm going to post some progress of my mini chop soon, good for a laugh, but it's completely garage done, with minimal hand tools!!
