I don't see what not liking stock bikes has to do with my thread?
I make fuel tanks for anything, i've made one, here it is.
The fact that it for a stocker has nothing to do with it!

As for not liking stock bikes, my position is this, i prefer not to ride a stock bike, there's not many i like, and generally if i buy a stock bike it won't be very long before i cut it up.

Is that ok?

Just put a set of Springers in a BSA M20 frame, here's the headstock;

Here's the bits we machined up, two of the to alter the difference in Outside diameters, and increase the distance of the headstock to fit the Springers just right.

Finished.

I think the inserts will finally be kept in with bearing lock, they're under compression so can't go anywhere.
Didn't want to TIG them in as it may distort the O/Dia and cause issues getting the bearing in.

Yeah Keefy, DNA's or Roadmax as it says on the box!!
