Wore that thing ragged Tex, swapped to a hardy yellow poncho for awhile....finally spotted some generously proportioned pair of pant at end of year MCAS sale, they still leak, but a little dryer than before....shoot even have a helmet with visor for those not so weather sound joy rides. Still running a garbage bag upper....lol.....

Ok getting closer now,
Mushter out of way time to plan the Bombala run.
So far:
Definates
Nigel and Kerry
I am taking the trailer down to sleep in so will be able to run the tarp over for anyone else that wants to shanty under cover.
Will have a gas cooker for breaky if required and can stock up on some Bacon, Eggs and bread rolls if required.
Not sure of drinking rules thsi year, they change every year, but I will be taking Kerry's in an esky, just don't chuck em out this year.
I will have basic tools and fuel containers etc and room in the trailer for any unfortunates who need roadside assistance.
Anyway I for one am looking forward to a good time again.
With a bit of luck even Tex may make another appearance if the stars align.

Hi Nigel,
I won't be able to make it, the Viagra is reportedly running now, but I haven't tested it yet, doin' a big run without any testing isn't a good idea.
Hope Kerry has a great Birthday (she's still young enough to celebrate birthdays, isn't she)

Hi All,
Sorry to anyone going but I am out.
Kerry's mum is having an operation next monday and after discussions with Kerry last night we do not want to be away.
At 75 any operation is major but this one has been fast tracked due to her condition.
We hope she is out of hospital by the 14th but Bombala is just too far away for Kerry during this time.
Hope anyone going has a great time.
