Food

Post by 78gold » Thu Jun 02, 2011 6:02 pm

XSchop,
Food sounds great, count me in.
Do you want me to send $ or pay on arrival.

Also as I am driving up, with the bike's in the trailer, so if anyone from Syd cant ride for some reason but still wants to go PM me as I can probably pick up.

No Stones for me though, I am still on talking terms with my liver.

XSCHOP I think NSW should keep the Mushter but definately think QLD should also have a yearly event/ camp/weekend ride similar but different preferably in the winter months so there can be a fire and drinks stay colder longer it would be sweet maybe something around stanthorpe or Maryborough ? I dunno maybe maybe maybe.

An annual state event is worth working on. It takes time to get underway but keep persisting and it will become something members don't want to miss. If you can do it on a private property saves a lot of money and insurance etc.

I agree with you there Prof I will talk to some of the guys and try and start working on an event for next year this will give us heaps of time to arrange the venue, things needed to make it a success, food drinking requirements, riding routes to and from plus rides during the event. Any feedback from you NSW mushter guys would also be greatly appreciated on what works and what doesnt we would probably also need to arrange a fee for coming too so that food, cooking requirements could be prepaid for the event so it can go off without a hitch.

Li'll Johnny update

Post by XSChop » Sat Jun 04, 2011 5:32 pm

Well being the last weekend before the Mushter I had a Li'll Johnny day here on my own today.
Engine and gearbox are together and back in but he's nowhere near running yet.
Must try to find another day during the week to do the rest.

Some people are just so inconsiderate , here i was all keen to take my new bike down to the Hunter for this years Muster , when this afternoon i get a call from the bosses husband saying that she was thrown from her horse and landed badly , she was taken to Lismore base hospital and then transfered to Tweed hospital ....... not a good sign ....... that leaves just me and another staffer to run the place , as theres only 3 of us who know how to operate the projector's and do the management side , we do have a "schlep" who is in training to do both , but he's not real bright with the Bio (projection room) , so i've call him up to come in all week for training , no excuses , otherwise he'll be packing shevles at Woolie's , otherwise i'm screwed . i will keep you's posted , but at this stage , it dosen't look for me .

fingers crossed .
