The chopper with the girder is long and low. What rake and how does it ride?

About 48 degrees. It rides like a nightmare, because the front end isn't quite long enough, and the bike literally sits on the left side of frame with the kickstand down. Leaves a lot of scrapes in the pavement near bumps.
He wants a longer springer, but doesn't have the money yet.

I see what you mean. He should be able to get the back up a bit with some adjustment. Bottom links on the girder could be shortened a bit too which would raise the front.
