I was very kindly given this catalogue by a member for the benefit of all chopper enthusiasts.

The business was called American Chopper Imports and was in Homebush, NSW. Enjoy... Whole catalogue consists of 70 pages and will be put up in its entirety as I get the time.

Youse to press my nose up against the Homebush shops front window in the early 80's. billing and Simmons moved in a bit down the road about the same time, shortly before becoming Frazers. I think the pub on the corner was called the "horse and jockey", no info about the business, just remember some of the cooler bikes sitting in the front ( it was a small shop) and I think Sonic and these guys shared a bit of stock....

I have just had a call from a lovely lady who actually collated the American Chopper Imports catalogue you can find in full on this forum.

She is trying to chase up some of her colleagues hen she was involved around '78-79.

Her name is Linda Bagnall, and she and Ken Otto are trying to catch up with John Webb who worked there at this time. He was last believed to have gone to WA in the early eighties He was in Broome for a little while in the early nineties.

Does anyone know him? If so, call Linda on.... 02 4357 1913.

Today I spoke with John's sister Kay and she confirmed that he died of a massive heart attack on the 27th July 2014.
