Any paint shop's spray booth should be able to reach and exceed a 60 degree baking temperature. Perspex guard sounds interesting, currently looking around at guards to suit our 21incha.... not much out there. Good luck mate, looking awesome, go at it... ATTACK!!!! CHOP CHOP!

Podgy i have some Cad drawings of a Girder setup on my website's Tech page. Looking Great Tazipom, they look very neat and compliment your ride really well!!! i am tackling our Forwards later next week so your pictures have given me some good guidance.
