Re: 1975 Triumph t150 Chopper

They VIN number is on frame. I have researched the conversion kit and the earlier Triumphs (up to 1974) have a larger OD. Thanks for your help. I am away for work atm when I get back I’ll take some measurements and post some pics and see what you think.

Re: 1975 Triumph t150 Chopper

Thanks for that I understand. Because the ID of the original bearings is smaller I couldn’t use the original adjuster and top nut but I’d have to get them made and chromed. Re: 1975 Triumph t150 Chopper

Hi Guys thanks for the input. The issue is not with the length of the neck it is the width. The OD of the bearing is 45mm or close to. There is not a 45mm OD with a 1" ID available. The old pin on the Triumph is 3/4" pin. The older frames from what I can gather had a larger diameter neck therefore t...

1975 Triumph t150 Chopper

Hi all, new poster here. I purchased a T150 Chopper and I am looking for some advice on Triumph to Harley steering neck conversion. With a new Attitude springer front end in my possession I now need to work out how to fit it to the T150 frame. After a little research it appears that with the earlier...
